Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and another notification when it has been shipped.

–       Items in their original, undamaged packaging

What Cannot Be Returned
–       Opened or used Matcha powder due to hygiene and safety regulations
–       Kits with missing or used components
–       Items not returned within the timeframe

Damaged or Faulty Items:
Received something damaged, faulty, or not as described? Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or free replacement including return postage.  Just email us with:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be contacted via email.
